Prices & Conditions 2026

Prices per night and accommodation:
  • Overnight stay for 1 person €49
  • Overnight stay for 2 people €69
  • Each additional person costs €15 per night.
  • Optional extra service: €6 per wash cycle for washing machine & tumble dryer
The prices include:
  • Wi-Fi
  • Electricity
  • Water
  • Heating
  • Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and dish towels
  • Final cleaning
  • Car parking
Deposit:

The contracting party must pay a security deposit of €100 upon key handover by the key holder. The deposit will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer after inspection of the holiday property. (For customers residing outside of Germany, the security deposit is €200.)

The costs for any damage to the holiday property and its contents for which you are responsible during the rental period will be calculated. Should the security deposit not be sufficient to cover these costs, further payments will be required from you.

Notes:
  • Long-term rentals are possible
  • The minimum rental period is 7 nights.

  • Partially accessible for people with disabilities
  • Children are charged the same as adults.
  • The tenant is responsible for cleaning during their stay.
  • Pets are not allowed.
Check in/out:
  • Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Check-out until 9:00 AM
  • Or by arrangement
pay:
Payment is due in cash upon arrival or in advance via bank transfer (up to 10 days before arrival or with proof of payment). Please understand that I do not accept credit card payments.

The prices quoted and invoiced are final prices including VAT. VAT is shown separately.

Cancellation and withdrawal policy:


In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal, I will charge a cancellation fee from the date of booking:
  • Up to 14 days before departure* 25% cancellation fee of the rental price
  • From the 13th to the 2nd day before departure* 50% cancellation fee of the rental price
  • From 1 day before departure* and in case of cancellation during the stay, a 100% cancellation fee of the rental price will apply.
A change to the booking (rebooking) by the tenant is possible up to 14 days before the start of the trip.
It triggers a flat rebooking fee of €25.

The cancellation fees are due immediately.

Start of journey*The booking date (submitted application) is what counts, regardless of whether the booking is continuous or intermittent. Therefore, the start of the trip means the first time the accommodation is occupied.

If a tenant misuses a holiday apartment, the landlord is entitled to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect. Any rental losses incurred due to non-use of the apartment until the damage is repaired will also be charged to the tenant.

Registration / Booking:

A registration/booking is concluded when the contracting party submits the completed form.
and signed Registration sends it to me and then receives written confirmation.

Jurisdiction agreement:

For all disputes arising from this contract, unless otherwise required by law,
Schwäbisch Hall was agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
